I called at 09:30 to ask if they could offer a 2 day service, and was told if the items were dropped off today (the day I called) then they would be ready to collect 3 days later for 09:30 opening. When attending the shop, within an hour of calling, a very grumpy and rude woman protested 'I don't know who told you that'. Oddly, no one else visible in the shop... Took my custom.to the dry cleaners in Knebworth, who were so friendly and cheerful. The fact that this shop couldn't offer the service I wanted is not the problem. The problem is that they offered it and then were rude and unhelpful.
