I went on Thursday night for a emergency appointment, had a tooth taken out. The dentist i had was the most amazing dentist I've ever had Never been there as it was an emergency. She was amazing! So was her assistant. I am such a whimp and got a phobia of dentist but they made me feel so comfortable and looked after me in every way they could Cant thank Deepa and Molly enough for looking after me and doing such a great job!!

My family and I have been patients at this surgery for quite a few years (10) I have had to have a lot of work done on my teeth over the past 3 years now and I’m still sitting here with huge problems with one particular tooth. The dentist doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing, she just wants teeth extracted but sends me away to the dentist in Watton-At-Stone, gives them the wrong tooth to extract and that dentist then sends me away because he says that tooth doesn’t need removing. I have had an infection on that tooth for nearly a year now. I had an appointment booked for September 11th 2020, which I had booked since July 2020. Then get a text 7 weeks before that date to cancel it. No explanation why, not even the courtesy of a phone call. I find them very unprofessional. I need antibiotics but struggle to get them because they just do not seem interested in helping. I am now trying to find somewhere private to go and get the work done by professionals. The whole dental surgery is also very run down. Although they have had some minor refurbishment works done recently, the whole place just looks very dingy and unwelcoming. Trying to get my family removed from their patients list ASAP because I will no longer be using Shephall Dental surgery.

I've been with Shephall Dental Surgery for a good number of years now. I've always had good service & found the dentists & their staff (particularly Victor & Lomas) be be very kind & gentle. During Covid, I lost my front crown but was able to pick up some kit from the dentist & talked through by Victor (via video link) how to reattach my tooth. I always recommend this dental surgery to family & friends.

Had to have a tooth extracted and was scared stiff, Lomas was amazing, talked me through every step, it was incredibly quick and no pain at all, a lot of bleeding as i have blood disorder but he would not let me go till he had stopped it, then went through thorough after care, i cannot recommend him enough, thank you so much
