We took our older car in for a diagnostic as our regular mechanic couldn't tell what the problem was. We were told that the car needed about 4000 work, which wasn't warranted given the value of the car; all fair enough. What's silly is that I've been waiting 60 minutes to pick up a car that was dropped off a week ago and on which no work was done. Just puzzled faces looking at computer screens and invitations to take a seat and have a coffee. The place is very professional appearing and have done good work for us in the past, but this delay with no explanation is just silly. These folks should be able to do better.
