Went to Steve’s Auto clinic to get my Nissan checked out - Steve was very fair in his assessment of my car. He suggested I not put any more money into my car and I should just get a new car! He did say he could fix everything but I would be dropping some serious cash into a bottomless pit so why bother. Very fair assessment and list all the issues with my vehicle. The clinic looked like some mad scientist workshop- in a good way. You could tell they were serious about their work. Overall I believe this should be the place you take your vehicle for an honest assessment and know you won’t get ripped off. Also highly recommended on NEXTDOOR......So that is why I checked them out.

I'm from LA and needed a Pre Purchase Inspection done on a used Ford Raptor. Steve is very knowledgable about Ford trucks especially with known transmission and transfer case issues. The PPI inspection cost around 250, higher than normal but worth it... no one wants to purchase an expensive 6,000 pound paper weight.

This shop got too many good reviews that they are selective on who they want to help The owner or manager has shown greed and refuses to take third party payer and wants direct payment on the spot despite the guaranteed payment from the insurance company He would not accommodate your schedule but only his schedule so everything is on his time and his order and you can sit there without car for days I lost faith in his moral value since he puts his own profit before his customers even if you need the car so badly for work he will not be flexible or empathetic Very harsh in his attitude in hindsight

I've been going to Steve since 2008, he has always done a great job fixing my 2005 Nissan Frontier and 2009 Prius. He's replaced timing chains, bearings, sensors,... Every time his work has been quality, keeping my cars running phenomenal. He always explains what is needed and has never suggested unneeded work. I will always go to Steve, and I'd recommend him to anyone needing a quality honest mechanic. Nick Martin
