Well maintained clean gym. Beats any Cape town gym I have been to. I have been a member for 2 years and go there 3 times a week. Every gym has rules and I like the 2 towels and proper training shoes rule. It helps to keep equipment hygienic and safe for everyone. The owners Jack and Marietjie are ALWAYS happy to help and give advice and as long as you follow the reasonable rules it is a great and friendly gym to attend

My wife and I have been members for 8 years. The gym is immaculately maintained and the owners, Jack and Marietjie, are friendly with concern for all their members. Concerns raised for rules clearly miss the point that these are very necessary for the comfort and enjoyment of the facility by all members.

Better by far than any of the Cape Town gyms I have been to. Jenni and I go Monday Wednesday and Friday and do personal training with Jack. Have done for 19 years.

Myself and some American friends trained there a while back, the gym itself is well equipped and squeaky clean, the owner however is a quite hard to deal with. You have to have 3 towels to make sure you don't mess on anything, the owner then wanted to throw my one friend out for wearing finger shoes and insisted he put on tekkies or get out, and if you drop the weights even a fraction too hard the owner is on you like a bad habit. Not a gym more like a museum.
