Avoid. Good location but constantly short-changed. They’ll either add an extra 2 to your total somehow or they’ll just not give you the right change back. I think they just hope folk won’t call them up it but when they do short change you, ask them for the CCTV then they’ll give up the money they stole. Fraudsters. Also - selection of sandwiches all went out of date a few days ago. Enough said.

Stirling’s very own Monty Pythons Rude Butcher meets Armstrong and Millers Rude shopkeeper. If it is customer service that you require then ‘walk on by’. 1 star given only because I recognise that being so Rude does at least take a modicum of effort. Left the shop with expletives ringing in my ear after being told that ’He’ couldn’t care less if ‘He’ posted my parcel or not. Be certain that you are very sure of what you are buying, as you sure as hell will not be refunded on any purchased items.

The deeply unpleasant vulgar and nasty owner of this \business\ does not seem to want repeat custom. Go anywhere else, the owner of this shop does not deserve your money. Unfortunately there are no negative star ratings, so I have to give this viciously excerable and odious shop owner one star grudgingly.

My wife purchased a White international calling card for 5. When she got home only 52 pence was on the card. I went in to get help or a refund, the man tried to call the 0207 number and insisted it was 4.52! I asked him to put on speaker but could only hear 52 pence remaining. Then he started shouting and raising his voice in very defensive manner. Eventually I left the shop with cursing in my ears. Please do not patronise these premises, and do not buy a phone card from here, they are cheats and liars!
