Whilst visiting Scotland a last year, in the past, I went to the Peak but having been told the pool was closed at the time, I was told I could go here. Its a lovely pool, split so the athletes could train whilst people like me, who could only dream of being as good, swam in the public half. The only let down, and I know its probably insignificant; no cafe to get a drink afterwards and relax, while the endorphins flowed through my body.

Large pool with cool water. Better than the hot pool water most councils have. 50m pool was split into 3 sections for water polo, squad training and general swimmers. Facilities a bit dated but you forget that when you have the peace to do some serious swimming. Parking not great but this is due to the on going improvements to the area.
Awesome for relaxation, training and even swimming lessons
Great place to swim which also has a decent sized wheelchair priority changing room.
