I had a fantastic experience with Stitch America! Lyndsey from Customer Service helped me so much with the process with design, samples, proofs, feedback, and delivery. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process, always taking my calls and taking action when needed. I ordered 100 shirts for my company with a fairly detailed embroidery. The shirts came out amazing and my supervisors were even more impressed. I shopped around and other companies told us that the design would lose a lot of detail or it was over-priced, but you guys did a stellar job at a reasonable price! Thanks, Stitch America! Terrible experience. I order hats for a reasonable price on 2/15, clarified questions about my logo over the next two days... then silence for nearly a month. After several calls and emails I was finally able to find out my order was on hold for “incomplete cc info”. If we got that fixed it was going to be another 2 weeks. Silence and nearly 6 weeks to produce hats is impressively inefficient.

Absolutely loved working with Stitch America on a recent purchase of dress shirts for our region's state quality improvement/supported employment project. We ordered approximately 30 shirts with one logo of embroidery, featuring our project logo, over the left, front pocket. Stitch America personnel worked to make sure the logo was perfect, and the shirts were so very well made and tailored. I am certain that our Region won 1st place in the state quality improvement session, in part, due to our professional appearance. We plan on ordering another 75 shirts, with two logos this time, and am confident when Stitch America personnel complete this order, it will be perfect.
