Gottfried has always done an excellent job on our vehicles. We really needed our truck back for a big job next week and he was right on top of it. We have been using him for several years and intend to keep using him.

This is the BEST location to rent a U-Haul!! They are so professional and courteous. They go out of their way to accomodate the customer every time! I have rented from them several times in the past year and I never have any problems!! Thank you!!
Worst in customer service and overall poorly run operation. Called 2 different times for service on my box truck. First time they did not show up or call to give an explanation for not showing up. When I called there was no clear explanation except to give an appt. for the next day. Same thing. No call No show. Second experience was Monday 8/3/16. Scheduled a service for Tuesday morning at 10 am. No show. Called at 1:30. The service person said that I was the next stop. I mentioned that I needed to run an errand and to please call me when in route. When I tried to give my cell number he hung up. I called back and the mailbox was full. Called back 2 hours late. Mailbox was full. Never got the service. Loss money and work with my box truck. How can any business continue to operate if the mailbox is full? Poor customer service with no information on an ETA. If you need a return service or additional repair, good luck to you! Overall rating is less than one star. If you are about business and need a roadside service, do not use this company

Called them and they said come in, I had my car towed there and no one was there, gate was locked...smh
