Went in for my first initial appointment in June, saw Dr. S. Prakash and explained what I could ( before continuously getting cut off) He came up with a plan and for me that involved an endoscopy, bloodwork and CT scan and I was down with all of it except the endoscopy due to the fact that I have had several of them previously from 2 other doctors.So when I went in to get my test results for my bloodwork I expressed to him that I didn’t want to repeat the same test that I’ve done before and on top of that it hasn’t been long enough for something to change. I asked him could we proceed with the CT scan because I thought that was a great idea because in the 3 years that I’ve been sick no other Doctor has suggested that.He shunned me off and went on to refer me to other doctors at other Practices.Long story short I would NOT recommend him, he over talks you and you cannot get a word in edgewise, always in a hurry and made me feel like it’s all about money with him , not the health of the patient. Oh yeah, after dismissing me as a patient, he did wish me luck .

The doctor is awesome! The front office has no clue whatsoever! After sending me for test and lab work I go to the follow up appointment and they state I can’t be seen without being self pay for their failure to verify insurance. Then she states she verify’s each patient’s coverage same morning.. so with that being said she should have called and let me know instead of me driving to the office to be told! I wouldn’t recommend this office unless staff has updated. Then I ask for the office manager and she gives me the wrong number!!! Ridiculous!

Dr. Ganesan is an extremely kind and compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to you and understand your needs. He is also very good at explaining everything to you.

I have been going here for almost 3 years now. I always see Dr. Gibson. I know when I come in to see him I might be waiting a minute but he is worth the wait. He is great ! Very nice guy.
