We spent ages trying to find a “husmanskost” restaurant that had both meat and vegetarian or vegan options. Finally we found Swede Hollow but our hopes were not high because it was a hotel restaurant. Luckily they proved us wrong. The food was ah-MA-ZING. My veg kålpudding was mouthwatering, and the meateater i was with enjoyed her meatballs. We were both very satisfied.

We reserved a table at Swede Hollow as a package with the Icebar where we learned the inspiration behind the name. The didn't have the appetizer we initially ordered, but the recommended substitute of roe, cheese, and souffle did not disappoint. My entree of meatballs was delicious and generously portioned. The loosely deconstructed apple pie with punsch ice cream was a real treat!
One of the best, if not the best restaurant I've ever been to. Ticks all the boxes, delicious food, excellent service and the whole feel to the place felt sophisticated and classy. The place is decently priced also, presentation is great. Will recommend 10/10

Restaurangen ligger inne i Nordic Choice-hotellet Hotel C. Menyn bjuder på mindre rätter som man kan beställa flera men även rejäla huvudrätter om man vill äta bara en maträtt. Gamla traditioner blandas med nytänkande, vegetarisk kålpudding, lammburgare, vegburgare och generellt mycket grönsaker och fräscha tillbehör. Torsken ljuvlig med spetskål på två vis och en ärtpuré. Efterrätter med allt från paj till tryfflar. Mycket trevlig och glad personal. Även loungebar för den som bara vill AW eller mötas på andra sätt.
Rekomenderas starkt, veganburgaren som jag åt var en av de godaste burgarna jag har ätit. Därtill var även personalen väldigt trevliga, och atmosfären i restaurangen härlig.
