I needed to have my cat looked at and having to ring local vets, I was told they wouldn't see him because I wasn't registered, and they wouldn't register me due to covid. Albany, however were fantastic. An appointment was booked for the next day, saw him exactly on time and their attention to the wellbeing of my cat was exemplary. Great service, cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you Albany.
