A large store that is well stocked. They have really great stock, in all colours. Some of the aisles were narrow and weren't easy to navigate. The staff were all ready to offer whatever help they could. Looking forward to shopping here again.

Fantastic café. Worth going here just for that. Vegan tart was excellent. So if your looking for a café where you can get a clock and your curtain poles at the same time this is the place to come.

Dunelm never fails to deliver with great customer service. I always have the pleasure of dealing with a lovely gentleman, Anthony. He always goes out of his way to deliver good customer service, and just so friendly! All the staff follow the guidelines to make sure us customers and themselves are keeping safe. I also had the pleasure of witnessing a most heartwarming site when I had a late night shop at Tesco and saw a young girl with a Dunelm jacket getting food for a homeless man outside. I didn’t get her name but she had pink hair and it was so nice to see that the kindness doesn’t stop outside of the Dunelm store.
Llama table lamp, cute thing admired by a great judge, my granddaughter, made in PRC but seems good. Enjoyed coffee and cake, as you do, while there.
