I cannot praise highly enough the service we received from Edward Mellor Auctions. Having previously been extremely disappointed and disillusioned by another local agent we made the decision to go down the auction route. The service we received was excellent, from the whole team but especially Craig and Austin. We were kept informed during the whole process and everything they promised to do they did. We sold our property whilst we were abroad and now we are able to move forward with our plans. Edward Mellor 's agents quickly identified the best way forward to sell my property. The whole process was dealt with efficiently and speedily, and were able to drum up considerable interest which led to a sale. The price I received was a good one and EM were able to get the buyer to increase his offer. At all times I was kept informed of any progress. I was aware that I would be just one seller amongst many, however, I always felt as though EM were taking a keen and personal interest. On the whole, I am very satisfied with the service I received and cannot speak too highly of the team. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. A big thank you.
