I have used HG flowers for number of years and they never disappoint. Great customer service with high quality flowers which last for weeks and i believe are great value for money.. Had a delivery today for my wife's birthday, we didnt answer the door timely, so they were placed in a very safe place along with advice on how to look after them. Many years ago, i had an issue which was resolved quickly and they went above and beyond with customer service. I will not use another florist.

Easy to book an order online. I liked that I had a good choice of colours and designs or I could just choose a mix. I could pay through paypal (other methods available). Easy to complete billing address. I was able to add personal message. Sent as a surprise to a client who regular refers people to my business as a thank you for their support. Client was delighted. Lovely people, we got everything we wanted sorted quickly, and they had everything we wanted.
Love Hazel Grove flowers. Have used them for our Christmas tree, beautiful door wreath and their Friday offers. The rose bouquet pictured was 12 and delivered for free. Staff are really friendly, flowers last for ages and would much rather use a local business like HGF than go elsewhere.
