Brilliant auctioneers... I have bought and sold antiques many times using their regular auctions. No problem getting paid for sold items. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Good parking. Highly recommended!

Have had some good purchases here - shame the auctioneer has no charisma and to watch the auction online is painful. Liven up , you don't encourage your bidders.
Max and his staff are very knowledgable and helpful. We had furniture in their auction yesterday, 22 January and I was able to watch the process online. I know people say you don’t get what it’s worth but we have to remember it is second hand and we were very satisfied with the prices obtained. The following day we received an email itemising all the goods and the amount we will receive. Highly recommend them to people wanting to sell their unwanted articles. Well done Maxwells.
