Had my Lorus Kinetic repaired here. The power had failed after 19 years. I tried everywhere to find somewhere to repair it and after quoting the serial number was told I had no chance. Enter PWS. No problem they said. Hey presto my watch was ticking along nicely again. I cannot fault these guys. From start to finish they were great. My timepiece is far more sentimental to me than it is expensive, so the fact they got it up and running cheered me up no end.
