New Customers Avoid. Sounds good when reading reviews - if you have an existing relationship it seems. New customer and I have received better service at all other garages in Stockport. Summary: • 1 suspension spring (snapped whilst driving) • 126 Labour • Tracking and Geometry wasn’t even checked • Car was left on a public road/Carpark when not being worked on. I would expect more paying 126 labour for this job. Further details: Suspension spring snapped on a 2013 Nissan Juke whist the vehicle was driving. I booked this into range to investigate and recommend a course of action. I thought it was reasonable to expect that an event such as this may impact the geometry of the car. It wasn’t checked and 'wasn’t included in the price'. When I raised this to Range garage services they stated that the work they complete does not impact the geometry and 'I didn’t ask'.

Ask them to do service and mot. Provided them with brand new alloys and brand new tyres because I knew they need be change for mot. So they failed the mot for tyres. They found leakage oil to the coolant. So we agreed to fix this for around 250. After 2 days they call me to tell me that it will be little bit more around 350 because they underestimate the work need to be done. I agreed. Provide them with new gasket because they told me is not possible to buy just new gasket and from dealer part with the gasket cost 780. In 15 minutes of research I found the gasket for 15. When I gave them the gasket they assured me that they will check if is only gasket needed as there is possibility that the oil cooler leaking or the oil filter housing could be cracked. After almost week they call me that car is fixed and I can collect it. Come for car they ask me for 459. I have no choice just pay. They told me the car is fixed and I should have no problems now. They told me that just the gasket was worn and was required replacement. I took the car an drove to home about 7 miles. After that there was no oil in engine because all was in coolant again and was leaking from coolant reservoir as there was excessive amount of liquid. That was Friday and the garage was close. So I was waiting till Monday to come back to them. I gave them car asking to check because they did not fix the problem and is even worst. After 2 days they call me to say that I have to pay again to fix it. Obviously they did not check when they took apart oil filter housing and guesses that only gasket is needed. And later trying make me pay for the same problem to be fix. Now my car is a scrap due to lack of lubrication engine is sized. This place is a scam. Use to be a nice place and trustworthy bud now ... (sorry for my English but this is not my first language) stay away from this place.

Very honest, friendly & efficient service at very reasonable price! I dropped my van in for a Cam belt change in the morning & was ready for collection by 14.30. The Van is now purring like a kitten!!
