I was in the market a few months ago for a split A/C system after last year's awful heatwave. After checking out a few companies I finally came across Saturn Sales, and called them up for a bit of technical advice on what system to get. I think from Howard? Next afternoon I ordered a Mitsubishi SRK, installation kit and Wi-Fi adapter. They were all delivered promptly, with appropriate delivery instructions on how to find our hard to locate address. I found a local A/C engineer to install the system and he was very relieved to see I had bought a Mitsubishi system rather than one of the cheaper brands, and told me it should give me many years of reliable service. The system has been running for about 2 months now and is truly excellent. They offer details on doing a DIY install (including rental of vacuum pump) but I got the system installed professionally for not much more than the rental of the pump, including brazing of the pipework rather than using flared connections. Anyway, happy with the system and happy with service received. No complaints here.
