We enjoy going out. Yesterday we found this fine place which friends recommended to us. We spent a beautiful experience there with very good food and a nice team and a great cuisine. We put this place in our phone list and we shall definitely return soon. Highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable pub with good beer and great food
Always love going here with the family. Food consistently good & atmosphere warm & welcoming. Still a nice buzz about the place despite the restrictions imposed by Covid. Staff great especially Mia this time. Shannon was great last time we went too. Not buffet service at the moment but place your order & food is brought to you. Not as much meat on the plate as when you used to go up to serve yourself & no choice with the veg...you get what they put on your plate so some wastage. Drinks quite expensive. 8.90 for glass of white wine. 4 stars for the reasons above.
Amazing food!! and happy, helpful, friendly staff!! The best roast in the area and fish pie!! I would definitely recommend this 18th century warm, historic pub/ restaurant. We have been many times after local walks and for family gatherings and we will always return. The Covid measures were the best I've seen.
Such a friendly welcome and fantastic service here. I'd really recommend this pub. Lovely pizza!
