I had decided long ago that my next vacuum cleaner should be a Sebo but choosing between models was proving impossible until I discovered all the wonderful articles online from The Sebo Shop. I was able to make an informed choice and placed my order yesterday afternoon. It arrived first thing this morning. My carpets have never been so clean!

After years of carrying my Sebo X1.1 up and down stairs I decided it would be easier to buy a second cleaner. But new Sebo's are expensive, so I looked for a refurbished one and found The Sebo Shop. After a quick phone call to find out what was available I ordered a refurbished X4. When it arrived it was fitted with a new brush roller, new filters and bag and a new mains cable. A three piece tool kit was supplied along with ten extra bags, and it was backed by a one year warranty. Apart from a few minor marks on the case it could almost have been new. Definitely a good buy. If you're looking for bags, filters, accessories and spare parts they're on the website along with a lot of useful information. If you own a Sebo or are thinking of buying one take a look before heading of to Amazon or wherever, I'm glad I did. Finally, I have NO link to The Sebo Shop or any of its staff except a a satisfied customer.

I was wanting a replacement Extension tube Handle for a Sebo X Series Vacuum. Having found the Manchester Vacs site on line, I saw that they could supply a \used\ part at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Ordering on line was straightforward with regular updates of processing progress. The part was received securely packed via DPD timed delivery within two days. Good, efficient service. I would certainly look to use them again.
