Poor service.I needed a blood test before a scan at The Christie and my practice referred me here as they had no appointments available. Arrived to be told that a member of staff hadn't turned up and I should have been texted to cancel. Waited half an hour to see if I could be slotted in between others waiting for blood tests but was eventually informed that this wasn't possible! Just thankful that this is not my normal GP practice.

Having been with this practice for 30 plus years, i am now finding that the Receptionts have no empathy whatsoever. To be spoken to like she spoke to my Husband this morning they need to take training in patient care & understanding. I work in a hospital and if i spoke to any of my callers in this manner i would be disciplined. Can i thank you for all you do in these very difficult times.

I was a patient of this practice for almost 17 years. Dr Goldspink (and previously, Dr Riley) is absolutely amazing and helpful. I left the practice because the practice manger was so unhelpful and non-cooperative that I couldn’t tolerate it any longer and I had no choice but to move on. I have been extremely happy in my new practice and they are very helpful.

If I could give no stars for this practice I would. Don’t get me wrong the doctors are great but the two chumps on reception are totally unfit for purpose and should be put out to pasture. I have never encountered such rude and ignorant people. My advice replace the chumps and ensure their replacements have some manners.
