Over the years I've had phones and contracts with several providers in their high street shops but this is the store with the nicest staff. They're all friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

Been with 3 for 17yrs, shopped in this store twice before majority of staff are great BUT... today I went in this outlet to upgrade my phone and tablet to be greeted with a member of staff who really couldn't be bothered ....
