I picked up a pair of custom ear moulds from Universal dB for my Sennheiser ear buds in 2013 (or thereabouts) and they still fit comfortably 8 years later. I'm happy to endorse the quality of Universal dB's service and their products, and I'll be back when I need a new pair.

If you're reading this just go ahead and order them. The service you will receive from Paul and his team is impeccable. I first bought some Water Barrier plugs for swimming with, Paul took the impressions and then posted the plugs to me they fit first time and have had hours of continuous use. My second purchase was for Noise Barrier for when I'm riding my motorbike. He used the original mould to make the new pair and posted them to me. The left ear needed a slight adjustment, i informed Paul and posted it back to him and I had it returned within the week and a perfect fit. Not only are they a specialist in this field, they are totally customer focussed and deliver what you need as a customer. My next purchase will be for custom moulded ear plugs to suit my wireless ear buds. They scan my ear buds and then blend it to suit my ear impressions so you get perfect sound in perfect comfort.
