The hospital took our little Benji and were great with him and us. James the vet was wonderful and gave clear, detailed and useful advice, providing us with everything we needed to make decisions for our dog. We weren't insured but had a dog fund, they were really clear and compassionate about our resources and the cost wasn't as high as I'd expected for an emergency. The staff here engendered trust and confidence. Thank you so much for saving our dog. Little Benji is now doing a lot better, eating better, breathing better and back to being a little rascal; just the way we love him.

Out on a walk out dog ran into a branch and needed a large wound stapling. I called my wife to pick us up, and within 1 hour we were back home with him all taken care of and with medication. This was in the height of corona virus lockdown when things were most difficult, but the hospital kept with the rules and still gave fantastic care without any delay to our beloved Vizsla. Amazing service.

Yes, I have been on a couple of occasions - and it looks as it might be ongoing. I have been to Bramhall before Christmas and now Wilmslow to take Tegan to see Katie. Although it is not ideal not to be able to go into the surgery with her, I am well aware of the need for the restrictions - and I think it is being very well handled. Reception staff handle the situation beautifully (and with courtesy and understanding) and Katie has come out and talked to me on each visit from the correct social distance. You are doing a super job under difficult circumstances. Anthea Homer xxx

Highly recommend! Took my two dogs Charlie & Winnie here to see an cardiologist and orthopaedic specialist! Everybody from the ladies at reception, the vet nurses to the vets were so welcoming and friendly! This visit would probably have been stressful for me, but the team were so supportive and it definitely made me feel at ease as I knew my babies were being dealt with by genuinely caring, nice people!! Charlie has to go back to see a soft tissue specialist soon and I am actually looking forward to going back knowing what a fabulous team they have!! If any of my dogs need referrals in the future I am going to request that they're sent here as I am so happy with how both me and my dogs were treated!! :) x

Both vets that I dealt with there were very professional, knowledgable & attentive. The procedure & aftercare were explained in great detail and it was reassuring to know that my cat was left in safe hands during his stay there for emergency surgery. I would use again & recommend
