From the minute I booked my appointment up until I dropped off and picked up my serviced car I had nothing but an amazing experience. Bought a used car from them, a 2014 Mustang GT. It was a beautiful car and we were even offered a couple thousand dollars off of the price. The entire staff that I worked with were extremely nice and helpful. After everything was said and done we left the dealership and not even 15 minutes later I have to pull over because my car starts overheating. Long story short Ken, the sales associate we worked with, drove out personally to see that we were okay. He told us not to worry and that he had it covered, tow truck on the way. Come the next day we show up to the dealership and the car is in 100% working order. I talked personally with the mechanics who were able to fix the car and they told me what was wrong, what happened, and how they fixed it. Overall an extremely helpful group of people that I was happy to work with. They told me what went wrong and that it will occasionally happen on the car. They completely replaced everything and got it in working order. Obviously this is something that I didn't want happening, but having great customer service and reliability I could count on really helped our overall experience and I'm really grateful that I had someone like Ken to help us through the whole process. Would definitely recommend them, especially Ken. He is one of the most sincere and helpful people I've met and I strongly recommend talking with him when you come in!
I want to thank the kind people at Mataga, but most especially, David Picazo who worked over a month to find my perfect car. He was professional, efficient, but most importantly, kind and understanding. I will refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to Mataga. Francisco, the service rep, was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to lift the hood and show me the problem areas. He cleaned off my keys with sanitizer and wiped down the driver-side of the car right before I got in to leave. Excellent experience and service! Thank you
Updating due to service: I always get bad service here, but keep going back due to its the only place near my home. It seems like they dont care about my vehicle. Last time I got it repaired, I had to call the place for them to tell me it was ready for pickup. It was left outside in super hot,dusty, and ashy weather for a week. When i picked it up it was super dirty. Next time call me as soon as its ready for pickup please.
