Service is great. Staff are very helpful. I didn't have a coupon for my oil change but gave it to me at the coupon rate when another service needed to be added. The only complaint I have was they didn't have any air conditioning at the time of my visit. At least that's a work in progress and they will have a cool place to wait during the summer soon. Well I guess they aren't such a good place to get service on your car. I didn't have any leaking when I took it in but it does now. I called them about it, had me bring it back in. State they can't find any leak. Brought the car home you can decide for yourself. Wish I could change my rating I returned to Meineke Tuesday July 2nd to fix the leak they created. Even though they were short staffed and it took longer than it should have, the car has not leaked since. The oil light came on once but has not come on since. Truely great customer service***** stars
Mike and the crew are honest and hard working. This is where I will take my car from now on. Mike keeps his word and if something doesn't go right he will fix. For good honest car repairs go to Mike.

Got me in and out quickly .. didn't try and charge for extras. Gave me a quote & stuck to it, wiped everything down, opened my car door for me & said if I had any issues out concerns, don't hesitate to come back - I actually didn't know what to say but I'm pretty sure the smile on my face let him know how appreciative i was. It's so nice to know they didn't see a man or woman, they saw me as a customer & provided excellent customer service as promised. Thank you
