Absolutely zero idea of how to run a store they can't even live up to their own guidance rules. Web site failed, products not available and laughable substitute products. Morrison and Tesco here i come

I cannot praise this store enough. I am an over 70's 'shielder' and was recently concerned about a home delivery that was late. I rang to express my concerns and was told that they would contact the store to find out what had happened. I was contacted immediately by Helen from the store and explained the circumstances of a 'poorly' van, but my delivery would definitely arrive. No sooner had I put the phone down, the shopping arrived. ASDA have never let me down! I would like them to know I am really appreciative of the excellent customer service, a service second to none. Thanks to all involved.
