Very poor customer service. My friend and I were both in the queue with the same item. When my friend got to the till she was told that the item was incorrectly priced but that they would honour it for her. Despite already being in the queue and having selected the item at the same time, staff refused to honour it for me as well. Friendly service or an apology would have gone a long way.

Shopped at Teesside park store today, while not overly busy there was no one on the tills, the lady on the perfume counter was serving & rushing about while a member of staff stood and chatted to a friend, I stood waiting to be served for about 5 minutes which isn’t a long time but really annoying while a staff member stands laughing & chatting. I mentioned it to the lady who came to serve me & asked if a manager was in today to be told the girl stood chatting was the manager. So LAUREN, you need to learn to lead by example! When I spoke to her on the way out of the shop she didn’t apologise & had quite a bad attitude, saying it was a “colleague” & they were sorting out rotas. This is defiantly a one off in this store as the rest of the staff are generally great & very helpful.
