I would like to thank Jackie from Stockton Range. My husband and I have just been into this store and whilst walking around I became very breathless faint, I asked Jackie if there was a seat and she immediately went and got me one, she stayed close by and got me the coolest drink of water. I think this show of kindness and professionalism deserves a reward she made me feel much better. Thank you Jackie I am very very grateful. Diane Patton.

The Range have really upgraded their garden centre. A brilliant range of plants and accessories. The prices are really competitive too. I love their coffee shops. The service is always friendly and relaxed. The best bit is that they are really allergen aware. There's even a poster by the till telling you to ask if you have concerns. Parking here is good. You just have to be aware of the special parking, the standard parking is to the side rather than directly in front of the entrance.

Absolutely outstanding Customer service today. The shop was very busy but the service I received from not one but two of your team was exceptional. Firstly the lady on the Christmas section around 6pm short black hair and glasses(sorry I didn’t get her name). And secondly a young guy I think called Jake. They both went out of there way to help me With a Christmas tree that was out of stock. I hope someone gives them a pat on the back as they genuinely deserve it

Always happy to visit the Range in Stockton-on-Tees. Staff are very welcoming, and pleased to see you. Quality of the products on sale are very good and priced comparatively. Be glad when the cafe can reopen, really miss my weekly visits.

The fish display is disgusting. The tank is already over filled, under filtered and under cleaned. You can see from the evaporation how long it has been since the water has been changed. Fish are living creatures and if you're going to have some for a display tank which is ridiculous as it is, take care of them. These fish need rehoming to a suitable owner. Vile.
