we used this firm to sell shop we owned. We then decided to sell the business and shop combined, it has taken so far 8 working days, and the website STILL has not been updated with the new details. How do they expect to sell properties if they are not correct on the website. Would not recommend, nor happy with the way they are dealing with this sale

I am not a fan of agents at the best of times, as I feel they're lazy, and don't do a lot. But these lot - these are a whole new league. As there other reviews show, they just don't know how to return calls or communicate. If you want to buy or rent a commercial property, I wouldn't bother with these lot.

Worst communication ever. Got their boards up all over teesside and i instantly thought they are number 1. I never been so wrong. Seen a place and they got back to me after a few days and i went to view the the place. Had issues getting in, which showed me, these guys couldnt even be bothered to be organise and get the viewing sorted. Then i was informed to meet at the office. Went over and they dont even let you into the building and i chatted with a women outside. 3 months down the line i still havnt got a phone call off them for an appoligy or another viewing or any suggestions for a different premises. They cant be bothered communicating. Ended up going with a local. Independent company which was very helpful and they found me a place. Thomas stevenson is a joke.
