Here is a place where you can live in a house boat and pay nothing close than what they want in the city. The only bad thing is the nearest store is at least 10 miles.

This is one of the cutest out of the way places absolutely adorable the water the land the boats the RVs the couple of mobile homes it’s just really refreshing and so close in Stockton you must go and Renee in the gift store she’s very friendly I appreciated that

I moved here in June really love this place bryan is awesome and all the staff are friendly and helpful and the plus about this place is they have pump out on the docks and a really good store and restaurant.
