Warning! Do NOT rent or buy from these scammers! Stay away! Read the negative reviews! Their units are falling apart, appliances don't work, maintenance requests are ignored, they sting you with expensive fraudulent claims when you move out etc etc. They are completely incompetent, dishonest and unprofessional. The only positive reviews here are fake reviews from their own employees! (eg Lyn James)
Not recommended! I had a difficult time dealing with them for a year where I was renting at Dutton Place. Not very helpful and not the best in communication. They are very slow in providing maintenance, that if they agreed to do what you asked for. During the first week of our tenancy we requested some maintenance to the sink that was attached to the washing machine. Their response was: Fix it yourself!! So we lived without using the washing machine for a year! Not professional! They will always make sure to take as much of your money as they can! Also, don't make them fool you with their Entry Condition Report because they would never include any damages or cleanliness status of the unit. Make sure to take as much photos as you can for any damages or cleaning issues and attach it to the report. That will help you later when you go through their Exit Report process, which most likely would be a nightmare! They will never be satisfied with your cleaning when you leave no matter how clean the unit is! We cleaned the unit better than we found it, but we were asked for "polishing" all cupboards, glasses, windows and mirrors which is something you don't have to do according to the RTA. Note: everything was clean, but they want polishing! They offered to involve their cleaning services to do the polishing on our expense, so we asked for a quote and it was 330 just for a couple of tasks that shouldn't take 30 minutes to complete polishing! So I went myself to do the polishing not because I have to (the RTA told me I don't have to do polishing) but because I didn't want to go through the long process with the RTA and this terrible agent! Just stay away from them!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Please don’t ever buy from this dishonest company. They will just take your money and not ever deliver what you paid for and what they promised. Buying from stockwell is the biggest regret and mistake of my life!
In my experience, not only are they immoral and unethical in their approach to business, but Stockwell also conduct illegal practices. I would warn anyone against purchasing a property from Stockwell Developments

You are saying I paid a cheap price for this unit! Let me remind you it was not cheap. I know for a fact that your direct competitors in West End, Pradella is producing a better quality for the same price. I can tell you from personal experience that the average Stockwell would have forked up for the contruction of this unit would only be about 100,000. Its a large margin from what I paid - 580,000, which Stockwell has pocketed. I find that your explanation about price brackets does not justify the cheap produce. It just goes to show that Stockwell is as despicable as all other developers who undercut their clients to fill their own fat pockets!
