We had great service from Jonathan Baddely at Barlow Motors group, Stoke today. He was helpful, knowledgeable, competent and we were able to leave with our new car, taxed and with driveway insurance, in about an hour. Highly recommended.

Yet another fantastic experience with Barlow motors. being the 4th car from I've had from them. The customer service just keeps getting better. Ben was fantastic from initially meeting him to signing for the Fabia. Nothing was too big or small. The test drive was excellent and I decided on taking the car there and then, Ben even arranged for the car to be unveiled when I picked it up from the showroom. I would not go anywhere else for cars, servicing or parts.

I cannot praise this business enough. I traded in my Citigo for a used Fabia I saw online, Josh contacted me and we sorted the details out easily. When I visited to pick up the car (click and collect), all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately I had a minor issue with the car a few days later, the response and customer service I received to get the issue sorted was fantastic. If you are looking for a Skoda (great cars) in Staffordshire or even Greater Manchester (where I am from) I massively recommend Barlow's Thanks again to the team there!

Went to this dealership 3rd Aug 2020 saw a skoda octavia 2015 reg. Jonathan the sales guy came over to help stating that the clutch stuck halfway down which he thought to be a spring but it would be fixed if I purchased. This was not done. Had to take the car back a week later where the service department stated they were not made aware of this. The master cylinder had gone, which is being fixed as I write. However I have requested that Gary the manager ring me to discuss both through email and phone call to Jonathan as well as the lady from the service department. I have been left without a vehicle for 5 days and not offered a courtesy vehicle. I also questioned when buying the car that the cam belt should be changed as per skodas documented schedule which I was told this is only a suggestion, as did skoda uk. Very disappointed especially with Gary the manager. Who I would call rude or ignorant
