A really beautiful walk. Lots of birds singing and no traffic noise so can really enjoy the sounds.

One of my favourite places to visit within the local area of Stoke. Great for picnics in the summer months with family and, or friends in the nearby village of Oakamoor. The walk itself in Cotton Dell country park can be breathtaking with it's natural surroundings of hillside trees merging onto the banks of the stream which runs the whole length of the park.
Fantastic Autumnal colours beautiful Both easy and slightly harder routes I have psoriatic arthritis but was quite able to cope with the flat walk Beautiful sculpture and lots to learn about nature Owned by Staffordshire wildlife trust
What a lovely place. We parked on Oakamoor so found it tricky the first time to find Cotton Dell, as it wasn't signposted on foot. You have to walk up what looks like a gravel driveway and the entrance to Cotton Dell is at the end. It was a lovely walk... We had a 5yr old and 8yr old so took a right over the little bridge and went on an adventure find our way back. It was a one mile loop in total for us.
Great place to walk your dogs nice and flat if you go on bike and joggers go there to there is a rambles retreat when it open it might do takeaways
