The Borderline Eccentric

Nipped in here today to get some essentials. The supermarket is a nice decent size and nicely laid out. The member of staff who served me was polite, friendly and more importantly professional. I would recommend this Iceland store to those who need to do a food shop whilst visiting Longton. Ryan.

Nice pleasant store in the centre of Longton Exchange. Piled high for Christmas! Got everything a needed on my list, and with no queuing. The assistant on the till was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a nice shopping experience.

Long queues, 2 tills open, both checkout staff doing the work that they should have help for (packing and organising deliveries) despite numerous calls to any other members of staff in store (ringing the bell) no-one came to help. The 2 who we saw (Lewis and Nicole) were working their socks off and still remained professional and friendly. We'll done to those 2. Overall rating : 1 star for management, but Lewis and Nicole deserve 5 stars each.
