Ordered a hat online 3 weeks ago. Order confirmed but no advice of shipping 10 days later. After contacting the shop, the seller did not respond until 3 days but finally admitted he had no stock and proposed a refund ... which I am still waiting for. Escalated this to PayPal hoping this would help. My advice would be to avoid ordering online for now. Update: I finally got the refund but it took a while. I increase my rating but won't order there any more, sorry.

Mahoosive amount of hats! They have some lovely carved wooden walking canes. One of which I am now the proud owner of. Just the right height for me with the head of a duck which is an aesthetically pleasing fit to my hand. Was an excellent addition to our stroll around Trentham Gardens. Reasonably priced. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

I bought a legendary Australian hat called SQUASHY KANGAROO CRACKLE!! This leather hat can easily get the title as an Australian beauty! quality craftsmanship and real deal genuine product ,mad in Australia !! It is has an exquisite design like a a beautiful painting. the price was the cheapest in whole Europe !! Thank you J&P hats for a good deal !! I certainly recommend the online store !!
