Having used Minster for many years, they have gone downhill. They don't seem to have enough staff, cannot cover staff absence and regularly leave us without a clean. They are borderline rude on the phone, don't inform us when our cleaner will not attend and don't apologise but still expect the bill paid in full!

I worked for Minster back in 2016 and easily became the best cleaner they had as every job I went to I was always asked to go back even over the original cleaners. Also I worked with other cleaners within the company who I also did a better job than but their work was still acceptable I’m just really OTT sometimes but most people love that!
