I can highly recommend this firm who did work for me on a family headstone which was in a very distressed state. They cleaned it so that it does look like new. The firm is very caring and good to deal with, reliable, helpful, and trustworthy.

During a visit to my Grandparents grave in Burslem cemetery last year, I was appalled to discover the run down state of the Grave Space and headstone. Following discussion and an exchange of e-mails with members of the Bereavement Team at Carmountside, to determine what improvement works might be possible, and what if any legal issues might have to be addressed, I made contact with three \Memorial Companies\ to seek their help in taking matters forward. Of the three, only two responded, and right from the first point of contact I had with Nettlebank it was clear from their helpful and positive response that this was the company I wanted to work with. Although I was able to demonstrate that this was a \Family Grave\, in legal terms, had I wished to make substantial alterations to the Grave Space, then it would have been necessary for me to take on legal responsibilty for the Plot. In the event, all I was keen to do was reinstate and clean the headstone and generally improve the area of land where my granparents had been laid to rest. As I lived some 50-60 miles away, the discussions which then took place to determine the nature and scope of the work to be undertaken had to take place on the telephone or by e-mail. We quickly agreed what should be done and the staff at Nettlebank, working in conjunction with the staff at Burslem Cemetery, have now completed the work and e-mailed a photo showing the Memorial cleaned, re-painted and standing upright. My brother and I would like to place on record our thanks to all at Nettlebank for all their advice, help, and support throughout the last few weeks. Thank also for the restoration work itself and for the significant improvements to the actual Grave Space - my grandma formerly a resident of High Lane Burslem would have undoubtedly approved!
