Brilliant... Attended the hospital today for an ultrasound appointment... Was seen on time and the Dr was explaining everything to me in detail as the scan was going ahead. I was made to feel very comfortable both by him and his assistant and they put me very much at ease. All done in 20 minutes. Lovely friendly staff on the helpdesks, even the security personnel welcome you with a smile and \good morning\...calming atmosphere in the building and its very clean... Can not praise this place enough. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

I have been to the Haywood Hospital on several occasions and it has always been easy to park due to the size of the car park. The hospital itself is clean and well maintained. I noticed that people come and go fairly quickly from the walk in centre so they must see quite a lot of people, which is good. The volunteers at the desk just inside the main door will guide you to the department you require. The toilets are clean and cleaned on a regular basis. There is a massive picture on the wall of the main hall you can't miss that is full of interesting information that is definitely worth studying.

Never before have I had such a positive experience in a hospital environment. The staff from the lady who showed me where the water dispenser was, the security guard who made me laugh as soon as I arrived, the consultant who treated me with respect & explained everything thoroughly & lastly the X-ray department! Amazing place

Went to the walk in department after sustaining a wrist/ arm injury. Initial treatment was great however after it being X-rayed, waited over an hour in which time there was at least 7 other people who went through triage, had an x ray and received further triage. Was then told it may be broken but as my bones are still developing I may have a break along the fuse line but they cant tell but it was definitely sprained. Also had the wrong area x-rayed, they did my hand and upper wrist area, not the wrist and arm area which is where I said I had an issue. Was then told to take paracetamol and to apply ice - useless advice and an absolute waste of time. So in conclusion, I may have a broken arm/ wrist but they don't know and just decided to send me away without checking further or even any support at all.
