Hired to remodel both bathrooms in my home. Was told very competent contractors would be doing my work. Could not have been further from the truth! So much sloppy work and mistakes that now, over a year later it has become necessary to pay a reputable bath remodel company to completely redo the master bath.

They did both carpet & tile work for us: they were excellent! He made the carpet seam in a closet, out of site! he also did some excellent work with Clam Shell tile, fitting it very well in difficult areas.

They install crew was very sloppy bought a house in Donalsonville GA!,house was empty while we were back in Florida to pack our belongings,We had Stokes came in and insta,ll new laminate flooring and while we were onegone. They did they work I asked got them to take pictures they said they forgot. Because we were in South Florida we couldn't look at it I paid him. BIG mistake The workmanship was awful plus The flooring didn't come close to matching some of the laminate that was already down like They were supposed to They charged a lot more than The original estimate The owner wanted them money right now! sight unseen for us. They had a key I gave him and asked them to mail it to me when done I received a empty envelope. Then when we first seen it it was sickening, The laminate smelled bad like formaldehyde it made me sick for about a year and half. the laminate floor are forced together they are peeling up and corners, one of the laminate installers must of use one of the toilets and broke the flange below the toilet, I thought they went out of business. Because there old building is now empty bad company I'm over rating them with one star they must get there floring from lumber liquidators cheap stuff...
