We have lived here for about a year and a half and have loved it. They changed management at the beginning of last year and I have seen a huge difference. Recently we’ve needed to call maintenance because our oven stopped working. Israel and James came the next day and replaced our oven with a brand new one! It is truly beautiful. They have excellent customer service and make you feel comfortable in your own home and not like two strangers coming in, getting the job done and then leave. Our light switch just broke and they came right away and replaced the switch the same day. Such great service and the apartments are great. So spacious and located in a great place. We love living here with our baby girl and plan to stay another year!

We've lived here twice now and have enjoyed both experiences. We love that the ceilings are tall, there is lots of light, granite counters and a good amount of storage space. We downsized from a 3 bedroom house and could fit a good portion of our items in our home! We have a dog and love that the new owners added "pick up" stations with trash cans on almost every corner. Management has always been helpful and we love the maintenance guys (Israel and James!). They've all been quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We just had our sink and dishwasher overflow! Israel and James came right away, chatted with us and fixed the problem. We appreciate friendly, knowledgable maintenance guys! I've attached pictures of our home right now. We fit a lot in and it feels like home!

Israel and James are the best maintenance techs! They did a great job making my apartment move in easy with everything clean, in good repair, and warm. My maintenance requests were addressed promptly and professionally along with a smile. They really made us feel welcome and really care! Very grateful for their good work and kindness!

The maintenance crew is awesome. They work so hard. Anytime I had an issue it was fixed in a timely manner, that day or shortly after. They were easy to communicate with and get a hold of. My washing machine broke and they had it repaired within a day. Such a great place to live.

Maintenance for the complex is really great! Israel is the one who came and helped us with a few things and is a very polite guy. Did the job quickly and efficiently and is just very nice and sociable.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE! I have never lived in an apartment that has such amazing staff. Maintenance has always been something my husband and I are cautious about but the maintenance here is absolutely AMAZING. Super kind, respond and report quickly, always contacting and scheduling a time that will work best for you. They also check everything with you to ensure that you are satisfied. Management in the office have always been super understanding and willing to answer. If you leave a voicemail they are quick to respond. Apartments are very clean, lots of light, lots of space for a great price. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come live here!
