This place used to be good but I'm so disappointed with their service now. I got invisalign with them and I called to re-schedule my very last appointment to finish my treatment, and found out that my orthodontist retired so they told me to call this other clinic that would finish my treatment, which I found out because I called them, not because they notified me, I went to the new clinic for my final appointment and they tell me that Stone Creek never sent them my file so they have no information of where I'm at with my treatment, what next steps to take, what else is included with my treatment so I basically went to that appointment for nothing just to sign a form so that they can request the transfer of my file and thanks to their negligence in doing their job to ensure a smooth transition to the new clinic, now I'm paused with my treatment until they send over my file, they also charge a 10 fee now every time you go in due to \COVID\ which is something that other clinics don't do so it doesn't make any sense and I'm just going to look for a new clinic for all my dental services because I'm done with the lack of initiative on their part and making me waste my time.

Stone Creek in Chandler has always been timely, friendly, and thorough! Having gone to the same dentist my whole life before I moved to Arizona, I was wary to go somewhere new, but the hygienists are so thorough and communicative, and Dr. Venerable was great!! Front desk is organized and efficient. I recommend this dentist office to everyone.

Haven’t been to a dental office in a really long time but worked up the courage to do my research and find an office I could like going to. I called this office at the end of July, the next available appointment wasn’t until September 24th and I waited but the day before, I was getting a call to reschedule because the doctor wasn’t feeling well and the next available appointment wouldn’t be until October 13th. Today, on October 8th I was called at 10:40am to confirm this appointment and spoke to an actual person to confirm. By 2pm... the exact same day... I received another call to cancel this appointment because now the doctor just isn’t available. I had hopes for this place but it seems to lack a lot of professionalism and scheduling abilities.

Been coming to see Dr. Venerable at Stone Creek since I was six years old and no matter where I go I always end up coming back. The service always great and everyone is always so helpful and kind. This time around I came in for an annual cleaning and to check out a couple of areas that had been bothering me. The lady who did my cleaning, Sharon, was nothing short of amazing! She told me what she was doing every step and took the time and care to answer my questions. Sharon made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was super nervous about the status of my teeth, but she told me a lot of it was inflammation due to my brush and recommended that I replace it with a softer brush. I definitely plan on doing this as well as adjusting my flossing. Sharon was just great! Unfortunately I will be seeing them sooner than later due to the fact that I have a small cavity, but I know that I will be well taken care of as I have in the past!! Dr. Venerable was not there, but is very friendly, kind, and conservative as far as watching teeth. He just does not jump in and start drilling. Also, he has a great bedside manner and helps you feel relaxed. Definitely check out Stone Creek for all your dental needs!!

They talked my daughter into a 50 oral cancer screening. I do not believe she needed the screening, especially at a 50 charge. The odds of oral cancer in someone my daughter’s age are about 1 in 500,000.
