I have never met such lovely staff. I go in there regularly and have done for years and I've never had a bad experience. The customer service is amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble, the only downside is I always end up buying more than what I intended.

Some good offers. Staff always seem friendly to me.
Please employ more staff or install self service tills. I did not appreciate being held up in a queue at the till whilst the one member of staff checked another customers loyalty card.
