I bought a car yesterday from Stoneacre Harrogate and I was that impressed with the customer service. I was served by Ian Ainsworth and his customer service was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He wasn't your typical 'salesman' and did not make me feel pressured to buy or make a decision on a car there and then. I was initially only there to consider my options and I ended up driving away with a new car the very same day! I'd highly recommend Ian if you're looking to purchase a new car!

I expected to visit the branch and be 'sold to' but my experience was far from that. I was served by Ian Ainsworth and his customer service was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I was initially only there to consider my options and I ended up driving away with a new car the very same day! Although I did end up buying a car I felt absolutely no pressure to do so. I'd highly recommend Ian if you're looking to purchase a new car!
