I lived here two years and overall, it was pretty great. It was affordable, a quick walk to campus and Franklin, and every room has their own bathroom. The downside was parking and not much of a living room space, but there were plenty of off-street parking spots/parking lots next door. There is a room upstairs with couches and a tv, but the keys they provided didn't work which was a bummer. Wifi was good and even though they aren't luxury apartments, they incude anything you could need. I would recommend living here!

Good value. But the WiFi is insanely slow so you pretty much have to get your own. I honestly would have lived here again next year if the WiFi was good.

This apartment building gets 1 star because it is significantly cheaper than other places in the same area and proximity to UNC’s Campus. You truly get what you pay for. It is IMPOSSIBLE to park your car under this building and leave at the end of the year with no scratches or dents. Even if you are careful, other people will bump into your car. It’s ridiculous that they try and squeeze the number of cars that they do under here. The apartment itself is so small. There isn’t a living room, is more like a hallway/kitchen with rooms. The walls are THIN and the people who lived above me would blast John Legend and Carly Rae Jepson at 12 at night and 9 in the morning. MillHouse refused to do anything about it after I complained. All utilities are included but the WiFi doesn’t work the best. Whenever I stayed here over Christmas break, there were men who told me I couldn’t be here because they wanted to paint the floors. I received no warning about this! If you can afford it, you should live somewhere else.
