They rush their work. I got some overdue work and here I am a month later feeling like I never went to the dentist. My coworker also went here starting the same time as I and is also not having a good experience. We both have been having issues with the person who handles the insurance. Quoted one thing and charged a VERY different amount. They are very hard to get an appointment with. I’m having to wait two months to get back in for them to fix their own work. It seems like they rush their work. For what they charge the experience and results should be very different. I know they are overlooking problems I’m having too as two different dentists told me about these issues before I moved to this area. I was prepared to pay both financials and pain wise because I am tired of my teeth hurting but it’s several months of going to this place and they don’t really seem concerned about what I’m telling them. Inside they want to push other things on me they really just benefit their wallets Whoever handles the insurance needs to be spoken with my management. Their mistakes and attitude are a huge problem. I’m giving them one more shot. The good reviews on here convinced me this was the place to go after not being able to get to a dentist for a while. While the dental people are nice I expect a lot more of the whole as a whole. The dentist himself especially is letting me down. Even the staff had joked about how he likes to leave early all the time.

Love Stonehaven Dental!! Been with them for over 2 years and have had cleanings, exams, fillings and even a crown. All my visits have been very good and the staff has been nothing but friendly and professional. Dr. Now it is absolutely amazing and down to earth! Highly recommended!!!
