We are moving to another provider and looking at our contract and initial agreement, we have no cancelation obligation to the company. However, they are now trying to retrospectively apply conditions and charge us contract cancellation fees - be very wary and stand your ground with the contract you signed. Very poor business practice.

The customer Service we have received has been to a high standard at all times and the team goes well above what is expected of them. Working closely with Jon Hayden and the rest of the team our issues are resolved quickly, and when they aren't we are kept up to date at all times. We are satisfied with the services we have been receiving and can recommend business with 9 Group as a possible provider for others.

I accidentally deleted one of our phone licences in error after attempting to update a phone account for a user and as a result it prevented that phone from working. Ryan very quickly assured me that he would do his best to resolve the issue and in no time at all managed to get the phone fully backup and working. Very impressed with the service all round
