Stonewoods and their team have done a fantastic job in installing the stove and fireplace mantel in my house. All is ready to enjoy log fires and face cold (or not so cold) autumns and winters. I strongly recommend them for any fireplace/stove installations you are considering for your place.
For those fussy or discerning customers like myself, Stonewoods is highly recommended - they have oodles of patience. Patience is a virtue and prized in customer experience nowadays. My search for the right fire spanned a period of two years in which Stonewoods provided about 4/5 revisions of quotation , 3 site visits and on day of installations, their installers started early morning and finished job at 7pm with no whinging or complaints. Buying from Stonewoods was a pleasant experience for me. I would advise anyone out there is who is looking to make such an investment, not solely just to focus on the product but also to enjoy the process of acquiring the centre piece of attraction in your room. This is the third fire that I have had purchased and installed from Stonewoods.
This is the first time I have used Stonewoods and really impressed with the service. The fitters worked really hard and conscientiously and the finished fireplace looks amazing. And the cherry on top was they did a thorough clean up before they left. Thank you.
