What an amazing new find for our family. They had an excellent selection of vegan options so we sampled a few. Amazing favours, and everything is made on site. I love the vibe, great service too! Looking forward to going back
*Unbelievably rare and fabulous service!* Living in Vancouver and not being able to visit my mom for her birthday at a care facility in Hamilton, I tried to order her favourite ice creams through one of the food delivery outfits. Unfortunately, I found out that delivery was not available. BUT STILL.... the owner of Bliss prepared her favourite treats, wrapped them with a bow, included a BOGO coupon for her to use again... AND delivered it right to her door!!! I'm still totally blown away by that act of kindness and care. Thank you!
Loved this place, was in Hamilton road thought of a nice corner to enjoy a tasty gelato. I googled it. Found a very neat place with great gelato and a great choice of chocolate that is served in a fancy little box. The owners receives you with a warm smile and a welcoming face. The saleswomen were very friendly and professional. Quality food and excellent service.
Love this place! The owners and staff are fantastic. We ordered their truffles for our wedding and the guests loved them! Love the gelato it's so good!
Amazing gelato. Flavours like Bliss Vanilla, Chocolate Bliss, Blueberry Cheesecake with whole blueberries, Birthday Cake. Vegan gelato choices as well- refreshing Blood Orange, Mango, Raspberry or rich Chocolate fudge. We didn't buy truffles this time, but their truffles are amazing as well.
Didn't try the gelatos. Parked in front of the store and staff with uniform was sitting outside on the phone constantly rubbing her face, mouth and nose. We decided to just turn around and go somewhere else.
Thank you so much for everything! I was impressed with your efficient coordination, flexibility and were all so friendly. The ice cream was amazing to top it off with our Easter chocolate.. i will definitely come back again. Thank you
